Pixel Wave Connect Digital Product Returns

The User may request a refund for the digital product(s) purchased within 14 (fourteen) days after purchase, provided that the User has not accessed or downloaded the digital products. In accordance with applicable legislation (Decree-Law No. 24/2014), the return of digital products is not applicable after they have been used.

To proceed with the return, the User must send an email to info@pixelwaveconnect.com indicating the product(s) they wish to return, together with the purchase number.

If the return is accepted (i.e., as long as the product has not been downloaded or accessed), the refund will be processed within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days, without any additional costs for the User.

If the return is requested for reasons other than the justified existence of a defect or non-conformity of the digital product, the cost of any fees associated with processing the return may be charged to the User.

Refunds for Defective Products: If the digital product is defective or non-compliant, Pixel Wave Connect will provide a full refund or replace the product, at no cost to the User.

Exchanges: In the case of digital products, exchanges are not applicable, since access to the products is made available immediately after purchase. However, the User may receive a credit voucher equivalent to the value of the returned digital product, valid for 12 months, to be used to purchase other digital products in the store [https://pixelwaveconnect.com].

Refusal of Refunds: If digital products have been downloaded or accessed, Pixel Wave Connect reserves the right to refuse to return or refund them.
